02/03/23 @ 6pm.... I asked the lady if they have any single cigars ... she says no but she has a two pack...I asked how big are they and she start measuring with her finger.... I asked what type are they and she said they are cigars... then I asked if I can have a look at the box... she looked at me with a grin on her face and said no .. I said why and she said no.... I'm not sure what kind of customer service this is or if I'm not the type o of customer she wants to attract... or I don't look the same way she does.. buy I got angry as she stood there smiling ... I said some things I shouldn't have cursed her out and left....never go to this place again

When shopping at Dubbo square smokemart I had the wonderful experience with the manager (I forgot her name) who helped me with vaping knowledge, wasn't pushy, told me the benefits of vaping and had great customer service. Thank you

Had a great experience shopping here. Bec the Store Manager was so knowledgeable with my vape query. Will definitely recommend this shop.
