Been a member for over a yearFans have been broken for months, its hot and stuffy in the mornings.Tried emailing, etc and no response.Get your act together. Going to join jetts down the road.Fix the outdated cardio equipment and get more cable machines.

So bad this Snap Fitness, normally the Snaps on Sunshine coast are good but this one is the worst, very dirty toilets and cold showers!!! Truly the worst place, not at all covid friendly.

I normally do not comment negatively on gyms however I felt this Snap needs alot of TLC. While on a recent visit to Brisbane, I attended with my partner. I found the gym equipment to be ageing and badly maintained. The gym was missing some key equipment such as an assault bike or ski erg. Hygiene seemed lackluster also. I cleaned the area around my cross trainer and the wipe was black with dirt. The bathrooms also could do with a refurbishment. Overall the owners of this gym need to reflect on what they want from the gym and accept that mediocrity is a poor standard to strive for.

worst gym in brisbane!! over priced half the machines are broken and the owner stole money out of my account and refuses to give it back or show conformation he has payed it. there are so many better gyms round the same area who actually treat their customers properly and have working equipment!!! if i could give this gym negative stars i would.

Terrible customer service, I have been charged wrongly a couple of times, and all I get is a guy on the other side of the line putting the blame on a different club or their software. Even though I had written communication of the changes I wanted on both occasions. Their solution is always for them to keep the payment and cover the weeks in the future. There is also poor to no reply to the texts or emails. It really needs a change of administration.

I went in to the club to claim a 7 day free trial that was advertised on their website. When I arrived the lady refused to honor what was advertised on their website. I told her I would make a report to the QLD OFT. As I walked out she tried to appease by offering a one day free trial. When I refused she aggressively told me to **** off. I went across the road to Jetts and got a free 7 day trial no questions asked. I will be reporting SNAP for false advertising to the QLD OFT and ACCC.

I used to be a member here and recently tried getting more info on rejoining. It's pretty hard to get any helpful information as I learnt emailing them this past week and getting an almost nothing reply each time. It says a lot when all the surrounding gyms have a higher rating than this one. Im now joining Clayfield Snap Fitness who have been amazing to deal with

I train at Snap Samford and visited Snap Lutwyche as I was in the area. The gym has potential but there are several key issues. I went on the weekend and the AC wasn't on so it was muggy and hot. Went to the shower and it says showers are closed between certain hours and on weekends. So I used them anyways and no hot water so I guess they turn off the hot water out of business hours. There was mould all through the showers which is absolutely disgusting. It's a 24/7 gym you can't just turn off the facilities out of normal staffed business hours and expect people to pay the amount for a 24/7 facility.This gym made me appreciate my usual gym at Samford.

Not a bad gym! All the basic equipment you need for a workout. However it is a very small gym and difficult to workout when it’s busy. The stretching area is tiny and can only fit 2 people max.The main thing I don’t like is it is always so hot! I couldn’t see any AC units, there are fans on the wall but they’re so high you cannot reach them to switch them on.I have been to better Snap gyms but I think they have done a good job with the limited space.
