Domino’s Pizza Ropes Crossing
Waited over an hour past expected delivery time, pizzas were cold, the delivery driver Kaphan forgot one of our items and then proceeded to dump my pizzas on the floor outside and speed off when I contacted the store regarding the issue, yelling out his window as he drove off. Very very rude and poor service

There was a lady doing everything on her own at 11pm Friday night. Took me and my mate's order and made the pizzas and then cut our pizza and even gave the drinks to our table...did everything herself.Where is all the other staff???Looked like she was cleaning the whole store on her own too, give her a pay rise. Can't remember her name but started with a N on her name badge.5/5 service by her. 1/5 poor staffing.

Order was specifically stated as no tomato paste / sauce on pizza. Order then completed and drove home to find that they didn't listen and had put on tomato paste / sauce rendering it as not edible.

I have order vegorama order no 171 with no onion but it got lot of onion even we have made clear instruction . Once I called store they made new pizza for me without any cost but new pizza did not even cook week , base was not cooked and I can feel I am eating raw dough. Very bad experience

Love the beef and onion here. Took less then 10 minutes and it was ready for lunch. Delicious! Nice friendly staff. They charge 10% more on pizzas on Sunday? Not happy with that, that Domino’s think it’s ok to charge their customers what they should be paying and then turn and ask the customer to pay it.

I would have loved to give this Domino's a 5 star rating. The food is great compared to other Domino's I have had. I eat here often but the reason for my 4 stars are the delivery drivers. I live right across from this store and the drivers are wreckless! They park in spots not designated to them and I have had near misses walking to the shops. I think their driving could improve.

A girl named Nicolaine (sorry if spelt incorrectly) was doing everything by herself while the other staff members were standing around on their phones. I had to wait until Nicolaine was finished with another customer before she came and served me despite two other workers just standing there on their phones not acknowledging me. Extremely rude. Thank you so much Nicolaine for your work she was excellent :)

Excellent experience. First time ordering from Dominos in a long time and wasn't sure on what to order. The girl manager on shift Nikolane was very helpful to show me what pizza were nice. I ended up ordering a Chicken Bacon Aioli with the white sauce on top and it was delicious. She also suggested a drink and a garlic bread with the combo which was good value. The store was also in a very clean manner compared to other Dominos branches. I will definitely be coming back soon.
