Very helpful service, no nonsense and no attempts at upselling me on things I don’t need, I highly appreciate the knowledgeable gentleman running the place

The owner/worker of this Australian Post is one the most condescending rudest blokes I’ve come across. Two times I went in he gave me rude answers in a condescending attitude as if to say It was ridiculous for me to ask such stupid questions. But such is his job to provide solutions in at a lease a positive attitude. Confronted him about it second time and he said he had no idea how he could’ve come across like that. After coming here since I’ve been at uni from 2015 onwards, up until even today, I have to say I have never had a polite conversation with any of the front staff. It always feels as though you are an inconvenience to ask any questions or put through a transaction. It’s most definitely not a one off, as I have experienced this every single time I’ve gone in. Seeing the reviews below, it’s evident that this is just a normal thing to the staff members in the post office.It’s unfortunate, as it’s actually a very convenient location for Students, which may be why the attitude of the staff doesn’t really change as they know that regardless, if we need to post something, it’s easier to come there then go offsite.

The older man was completely and utterly rude, I went to go pick up a package that I had asked to be sent to a postage locker but didn’t realise that meant send to the flinders University post office where the man behind the counter took his time coming over to serve me, saw my id which matched not only the printed name on the aus posts sticker but the parcel also had my name written unmistakably on the bag. After checking my ID he went to go scan it and spend the next few minutes belittling me about not having an aus post account, repeating the question again and slower because he didn’t like the answer that I didn’t have an account. He even asked to check my package arrived" confirmation email but wasn’t satisfied that he hadn’t made me uncomfortable enough

Busy often need to wait in line. Good selection of services and postal needs.

The old man at the front desk was exceptionally dismissive of my concerns, and rude, poor service, poor interactions, worth going to another post office just to avoid the interaction with staff

Use this post office as your last resort. I go out of my way to avoid using this post office if I can. As the other comments have said, rudest staff I've ever encountered. The old gentleman will make you feel like an inconvenience for wanting to post something.

The old man who is the only staff there is very mean and has bad attitude. He didn’t come out of his office until I called like 4 times. When asking questions or giving directions, he was unnecessarily annoyed and just a negative experience overall. With so many negative reviews, I hope Australia post can take action on this. I hope we can escalate this with them or the university

Zero star. Worst post office ever. Rudest and most arrogant boss I have ever seen. Thought it was just one day but actually he acts like this every single day..Regarding the reply below, now everyone can see how arrogant you are.. don’t know what to say about this man honestly.
