0 stars virtually. Have dealt with them and paid them an upfront fees to get council approvals. Their Sydney branch got shut. Project was to have been managed by QLD branch but very lack of response. 6 months now no approvals and no feedback from customer service rep either. Very disappointed.Lost all the deposit paid. Never use them

Zero Stars for customer service. One of their agents sold me a shed and kit home combination which was a complete failure!!!!! Then when I asked for the garage to be refunded as it was untouched they refused and were awful to deal with. Their agents have no idea about the products they are selling and pray on the ignorance of the 'non builder buyer' and the mother company doesn't care that they are butchering their products for a sale/commission.STAY AWAY from this company they do not believe in their core values listed on their website!!!!It annoys me that I have to give them even one star!!!!

2 of the 5 star reviews they have are posted by employees of the company, or were at the time of posting. Carmen Broadhurst and Jeremy Wallace linked in accounts show them as being marketing communications manager and business development manager respectively at Steelx at one time. Not the smartest cookies working there. take the reviews with a grain of salt.

Wish I purchased a cheap Chinese garage, this Steelx arrived 1 week late and with damage and does not fit on my 10x6m slab.... $16,000. The steel and construction is so thin and weak it is a joke. Avoid this company like the plague.After they've taken your money, they won't want to know you.

Dishonest (but very attentive) during sales process. Take your money then offer NO service. A page of items didn't show up with delivery. Just... not good. Go elsewhere!

Had significant administrative and customer service issues with co-owner of a local shedsnhomes franchise. The other co-owner discussed the issues along with our request for a full refund of our deposit with Steelx, and Steelx returned our full deposit. The ability to resolve problems effectively and efficiently is the sign of a great company and associated franchise. All good!
