Family visit, staff member was friendly. Serves and prices were reasonable. Plenty of flavours to choose from but no taste tests. The flavours we choose were delicious. We would happily go back.

It's been a while since I was here and not sure if there are new owners but seemed a little scabby with their portion size of ice cream since the last time I was here. Still delicious variety though.

One of the best ice cream shops I’ve been to, they have a great selection of flavours and desserts along with a variety of hotdogs. I had a caramel concerto although the banana split looked pretty good. Recommend everyone to go there. Also you can have the kitchen sink with thirty scoops of any flavours you want.

The short haired blonde woman behind the counter looked like she wanted to fight every customer in the shop..She looked annoyed that we placed an order. She spoilt the experience. You should replace her with someone that can smile and has a personality. Other customers were also commenting outside. Would not recommend this place.

We have been coming to Merimbula Ice-Creamery for several years, a highlight of our yearly trip. We visited today, eager for the same friendly service we have been accustomed to. Alas, not today! Today we were greeted by someone who had the personality of a dead fish, who clearly wished she was anywhere but serving kids ice cream. The look of annoyance on her face when my daughter placed her order was absolutely not ok and has left a taste in our mouth more sour than the lemon and lime sorbet!

So many flavours to choose from and toppings to put on. Ice cream is great but it is very busy and we had to wait a while on both occasions.

I Hate giving 1star to a place we have been coming to on our yearly holiday since I was a little kid but todays service was horrid. Yes there was a few of us that walked into the shop but it's not hard to great your customers with a smile. She was so rude and put out by us being there that I think her face would have cracked if she smiled. My son was patiently sitting waiting for his hot dog while another family walked in and she told them that it would be a long wait because she had 20 hot dogs to make although we only ordered 7. She was not impressed and the family walked out.We miss the old owner he was lovely and welcomed us in the shop. hopefully next year is a different experience if we return.

Delicious ice cream - one of our family favorites during our annual holiday for the past decade. Unfortunately, management has changed hands and the current server couldn’t be more depressing if she tried. Maybe she should’ve stuck to farming. A less than pleasant experience.
