Attended a meeting and just wanted a nice place to stay that was reasonably priced. Just a couple of kilometers from Cooktown Business Centre.Set in bushland setting off road for privacy.Great hosts who are available should you need anything.Well equipped kitchen where you get more than you think.Gas stove top, Fridge has water bottles, butter , and litre ofmilk. Washing powder provided and free use of washing machine. We were provided with a drying rack so there was no need for a dryer as the weather was quite warmFree WiFi which is a bonus.I found the double bed neither too soft or hard. Had a great sleep. Room mate found the pullout lounge quite comfortable.Bathroom/toilet reasonable size
