I have been extremely happy with my stay at The Quest Glen Waverley, Accomodation is clean, well appointed with all that you need to live comfortably. Customer service provided by staff is A class, they are so friendly and efficient and every request I made was handled with a smile & never too much trouble. Highly recommend!!

This apartment is all you need in terms of comfortable living. I’ve visited my relatives who has lived here for several months and they’ve told me that the facilities are top class. It’s also located at a very convenient location in Glen Waverley.

This place is in a great location, not far from Melbourne, nearby malls and Dandenong ranges and Mornington Peninsula.Reception was very friendly, and check in was easy.We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was comfortable and clean, with enough space and the kitchen and laundry facilities were great. The tv had streaming capability which was useful.However the bathrooms are not very good, the shower above bath is not very accessible and is dangerous for kids and the elderly. Also the grout really needs a good clean as it looks dirty. I think the bathrooms need a refresh with maybe new tiling and a shower only (no bath).Also as it was a long weekend we didn't get any room servicing for 4 days (out of our 5 at stay ) , this was a disappointment considering we paid a full rate .And parking is good, but at $15 it can get expensive quickly... I do notice some people park on the street , perhaps that is a better option but it is very convenient been able to park underneath the building.Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I do feel the property needs a bit of a refresh to liven the place up a bit

It was a great stay. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff there are extremely professional and friendly. You can order takeaway food from the nearby restaurants and get it delivered to your apartment. Apartments are cleaned well. The appliances for the apartment rooms are great, your standard washing machine, clothes washing machine, dryer, stove and microwave. I liked the layout of the appliances such as the dryer and the washing machine. It is placed conveniently to save space. Rooms are an okay size. Living room is a decent size as well.

Coming back to Melbourne after 2.5 years, we needed a place to stay for close to a month before our house is ready to move into. I am happy to have chosen the Quest Glen Waverley. Spacious apartment, fully operational kitchen, comfortable bed, good wi-fi, plenty of wardrobe space, good enough for a long term stay too. It is just a quick walk from 'The Glen' and the Glen Waverley station. The car parking was also very convenient. And kept the best for the last - the staff at the front-office and other service staff were all very efficient and cordial. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to stay in Melbourne.

I managed to stay at this venue for a recent business trip. Although the trip was only a week, I opted for a serviced apartment. The location of this Quest is central to almost everything. There is the local large shopping centre called “The Glen” a few mins down the road; the local train station is a 10 min walk as well. If you're into your fitness or need a swimming pool, there is the Monash aquatic centre, only a few min's walks. The staff are friendly and always happy to help with any queries. There is a function or business room insight to host an event; parking is available onsite if you have a hire car. The CBD is only half an hour away. It's an excellent location to access whatever you need. The rooms are spacious; they have balconies, small kitchens, washers and dryers, Air Conditioning, and small dining and seating areas, so it was a decent home away from away. Worth a visit if you're in town.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Stayed 10 nights with my family in a nice apartment with good amenities with extra touches that made us feel very welcome. Good area too, close to a cafe, Asian dining district and a cute local shops up the hill. The building was old but price matched well with what we got.
