Yapper Valley Pet Resort

My dog is just home and it so obvious that he was well looked after. The photo updates were brilliant and the whole process, from booking to drop off after the stay, was flawless. Jason was very communicative and kept me in the loop. Highly recommend this service.

Haven't used the place ourselves yet but plenty of good feedbacks including from one of their customers collecting their dog after 4 weeks when we were there for the inspection.They have reasonable size yards with air-conditioned rooms a bed and a tv if you believe it. Morning long walk and a socialising time. Foods are high end Royal Canine and mince.They do door to door pick ups for $20 during the week and a pick up from Kmart Fairfield waters.Will update after we're back from our trip.

Highly recommended Yapper Valley Pet Resort. The photos and emails everyday letting me know what they were up to was great! Even going above and beyond looking after her during the storms. Im sure she misses you guys already, thank you for looking after her so well.

Couldn’t be happier with Yapper Valley Pet Resort!! Our dogs really love it there. Jason and Kate just can’t do enough for our two dogs to make them feel comfortable and looked after when we leave them there. We can enjoy our own holiday knowing they are totally cared for and safe. The resort has airconed cabins with their own tv to watch the latest featured nightly movie, daily walks and playtime with sprinklers if one wishes to partake. Jason sent very amusing daily emails reporting on the days adventures and photos of our fur babies enjoying their holiday. Wouldn’t leave them with any other kennel.

The team at Yapper Valley do an amazing job at looking after your pets - they genuinely care about them as much as you do and ensure the pets have the most stress-free and entertainment-rich stay possible. I’ve left my anxious cat with them on multiple occasions and they made sure he was as comfortable as possible during each stay. Even when I was away somewhere with no phone reception, I didn’t feel I needed to stress about how my cat was doing - I knew the team were looking after him and keeping him happy. I can’t recommend Yapper Valley enough .

Jason and Kate are the most kind and caring couple that you could possibly find to look after your fur babies. Their cabin set ups are fantastic. The dogs are free to go inside their air conditioned cabin and outside into their fenced yard as they wish . Our babies were looked after so well. Thanks guys. See you next time

Yapper Valley Pet resort is amazing! They truely care as much about our fur babies as we do. The overall price is so cheap for the service you receive here. The communication before her stay was fantastic, at drop off they took time to get to know her and I was able to spend time with her settling in before leaving. The daily updates and photos were fantastic. My fur baby actually has a touch of the post holiday blues and misses her new friends. We will definitely be returning customers. Thank you so much ❤️

This is the best pet motel I have ever come across. The people who run it are lovely and they really care for your pets. Jason is so helpful - our dog needed to see the vet while we were away and he ran her to town and took care of everything. They also send daily photo updates and emails which are always entertaining to read. The pets come home completely happy and relaxed and have obviously been well cared for. I can not recommend Yapper Valley highly enough - they are just awesome.

Chowder’s stay at Yapper Valley was more like a summer camp! Chowder was showered with cuddles, multiple walkies and playtime, and evening movies! They each got their own cabin, with aircon and TV. Jason and the team truly did above and beyond caring for our boy while we were away, especially as Chowder got unwell the day before checking in. They took care of the medications, and would check with us to ensure we are aware of his recovery. My favorite thing was absolutely receiving the daily email, hearing about what sort of fun Chowder was up to!!Definitely recommend the resort to all the loving fur parents in Townsville and surround.
