I wasn't going to worry about writing a review but saw there had been a few over the last weeks. I was 1 of 2 customers in store with 2 sales people. Took a while to be acknowledged and served. I asked to see touch bedside lamps and was taken to the cheapest option. I had to push to see other options which were few. Very short communication and not helpful at all. I will not return.

The sales rep seemed knowledgeable but when I got the lights installed by an electrician it turned out she'd sold me the wrong type of fixture. Very unhelpful and unwilling to accept responsibility when I tried to sort out the problem..

After trying get parking which there is very limited.Stood at the counter for over 20 minutes 1 sales staff serving 1 other customer. At no time did she say I will just serve this person I was only picking something up which I was told was in stock but it wasn't not until January.Worst service ever

Walked to the counter, had two staff behind there, ignore me for a good 20seconds before they acknowledged me. Had a very short tone on him and not helpful. Not to mention the price ended up being $300 more than the exact same light at galaxy lighting.
