TANG - The Asian Food Emporium (Balwyn)

This is my favourite grocery shop but waiting time at the checkout is ridiculously long. This has been happening since they have opened the store.The shop does not seem to care about it.Need to improve service

Congratulations Tang Balwyn. I love cooking, my wife loves eating. I'm white, she's Asian. We came in for a sneak peak and perhaps to buy a few things. We left having spent $180. The variety is truly amazing, from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese to Malay, Filipino, Indonesian ....everything. It is literally like a Disneyland. The staff were SO helpful. We live on the other side of town, but will make a pilgrimage monthly. Only one criticism. The cooked food for takeaway was only written in Chinese. I think it would be egalitarian to list the foods all in English also. We love Tang's -both City and now for sure, Balywn

Very big selection of products. New store is very aesthetic pleasing. From frozen products to fresh meat to everything else in between.Staff was also friendly to help questions.Definitely coming back here again

Pre-ordered lobust for Chinese new year eve dinner. They informed me at 5:30 pm to pick it up in store. It took me 15 minutes to arrive the store, While my friends and my family were waiting for me for dinner. I waited 30 minutes in the queue！Finally they told me the vendor only delivered half of the order. The option is go back and cancel the order or continue waiting in store. But not sure how long is the wait and vendor may not deliver today. They said sorry they are very busy but it was not their fault.I wasted 40 minutes. Very disappointed. Not trustful. You can inform me earlier before I enter into this long queue.团购就是一个没有保障的事。跑过去没货，就是对不起！

Extensive Asian supermarket. It can be a little overwhelming trying to find items given its huge size but it's very modern and clean compared to most competitors. It would be great if they opened for longer hours in the evenings.

They got almost everything, and friendly n helpful staff as well. It seems that why always have some deals. You can get empty boxes if you buy a lot n forgot your shopping bags. i spent over $50 to get a member card which you could collect points towards credits from next shopping. The shop is also much more comfortable than the original city store.

Large selection of Asian groceries. Plenty of frozen desserts and steamboat meatballs and noodles. A dedicated row of Japanese and Korean foods. A mini cake and Asian savory bread rolls stall which sells takeaway coffee. Offers membership points.

This is the best Asian grocery store in the area!This store has a great range of products at very competitive prices, also the staff here are extremely helpful too. The store itself is quite large, with wide aisles that are kept very neat, which makes finding a particular item easy. I would definitely recommend a visit.
