Quick, detailed installation across 6 rooms requiring 2 days work with very clean installation and instructions on how to set up each room and temperature using either the control panel installed or by using an app installed on our phones. The advantage of the phone application is that we were able to monitor the system when at work and enable it remotely so the rooms would be cool when we arrived home. This was a plus that we did not know was available and were very pleased with the new technology available.

Sales rep. was very professional, punctual and gave a reasonable quote. Work people were reliable did the job efficiently and installed it properly. Would use again and recommend TC Air. Happy with the system and price paid.

The crew from TC Air were really good from arriving at the stated time and finishing a quality job. They liaised with me of the installation requirements such as where to install the isolation switch seeing I supplied my own electrician but could have used theirs and I built a off the ground plinth (as we are in a flood prone area). The A/C installation was performed by their technicians in quite a quick time and cleaned up after themselves. They did a very good job and were friendly and professional. I have no hesitation in recommending TC Air to my friends and family and to anyone else for that matter. This was the second time we've used TC Air and they represent great value for money.

Kyle and Cooper came to give me a quote on repairing a ducted air conditioning unit. Both men were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They offered great service and advice. Such a great asset to TC Air. Based on their service I would highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Partially because of the great product and installation, but mainly because of the follow up and care. Some unfortunate damage occurred during our installation, which is not entirely uncommon and we were in the middle of other renovations at the same time so the team had to work around other trades. What was so impressive was the follow up by Ann and Chris to ensure what was damaged was fixed, and that we were entirely happy with the result. There was no drawn out process of trying to rectify the issue, the team simply addressed it politely and with the utmost concern for the issue. Thanks Team. Great job!
