Simply fantastic! Paul, Dave and the team at ARV are professional, honest and are more interested in providing customer service than making as much money as they can out of you.I have been going there for some time now, after our previous mechanic moved interstate. We are very particular with our vehicles, and they are just as particular with them when working on them. They have an amazing up to date, and very clean work shop, and we couldn't recommend them enough. Well done on creating a fantastic local business.

I took my partner’s car their for a service. Wow, how professional are they. Presentation of staff & reception was first class. Friendly & efficient. The car was ready at the time they anticipated. When I picked up the car, they explained everything they did & showed me photos of parts they replaced (before & after photos to show wearing). When I went into the car to drive off, their was a bag of lollies with their business logo on the bag. What a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. They take pride in your car.

Staff are friendly and come across as helpful however they would easily rip you off if you didn't know anything. I put my car in for a service (something I normally do myself but didn't have time) and was told my aircon needed fixing and brakes were dangerously thin. I still had a fair time left to go on my brakes. Changed them 3momths later as per photo red is new other is old and aircon 6months later still icy cold with no maintenance so far

I met Paul and his Team over 10 years ago. Needed a super reliable and honest mechanic who could service several rep vehicles, as well as personal vehicles. Workmanship, time frames and overall cost has been excellent. I moved 45 min away from the area 4 years ago and still could not imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else.... Super loyal to Paul and his Team... I highly recommend stopping in and checking out AVR for yourself!

I have recently moved from WA and have never had a better customer service experience than when I recently took my vehicle to AVR for some work. They were friendly and David provided knowledgeable insight into the work and items I had requested be changed and also went out of his way to obtain new items I wanted installed and charged at a highly competitive rate. After such a great experience I cant go past these guys for all my future servicing requirements. Thanks to David, Paul and the team !

Paul and his team at AVR Automotive have been taking care of my car for the past 9 years and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They are completely trustworthy and do a very thorough job. My car is kept in great mechanical condition and all repairs are competitively priced.

After experiencing a car accident when the repairs were completed I had noticed the car was not the same. Strange knocking noises and when reversing the car would grab. I had stopped by AVR and I am so thankful that Dave and the team took time out of their busy schedule to make room to look at my car as they saw I was in distress. Dave took a look and saw the brake calliper was not connected and was sitting inside my rim causing damage. I couldn’t thank the team at AVR enough for providing me with absolute great customer service and providing me with photo evidence on what the repair has done.I would recommend this mechanic 110%. If you are looking for honesty this is the place to go.
