Needs more checkouts opened when busy. Today (Saturday) only 2 opened then of course they have self checkout but thats only for a small amount of shopping.

This store is great but need more staff on for checkouts. Should also look at hiring trolley people again so staff can be in store rather then the cat park.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I've had two issues lately in finding stock and both times they were only too happy to help. A fridge had broken and all the chilled pet food was being kept out the back. They worked out the brand I get and had it too me in no time. The only thing I find frustrating is the staff doing click and collect. I get they have a time frame to get everything picked but it's not necessary to push through or in front of customers in the aisles.

Pauline went out of her way to phone a number of other Woolworths stores when they didn’t have the product I was after. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. She is a great ambassador for Woolworths. We’ll done Pauline. So friendly too.

Quite surprising but a pleasant Woolies to go to. The aisles are wider than normal which makes life so much easier when negotiating around night packers.

Just wanted to give Mark who was on self service checkouts yesterday 10/10 for his warm, bubbly & very helpful nature. I was in a bit of a brain fog, paid for all my Groceries just to find out that I had forgotten the essential yoghurt for Hubby's lunch. Mark went above & beyond yesterday and I have my Yogurt. Great Job Mark : Pay attention Woolworths, as a long time customer this is the reason for my returning service. Because I get more flybuys than Rewards $$$. Keep up the Awesome Work Mark. Regards Deb
