I have always found the service at Torquay Post Office outstanding but to the gentleman staff member last week that got down on the floor with me to wrap canvasses in bubble wrap and cardboard to get them to Sydney safely when I was so clueless - thank you. Everything you did was way above and beyond your job. Thank you so much!

Worst customer service ever! We got there at 445 got in line and when were in line the red headed gentlemen looked un enthused to be there rolling his eyes at other customers. I was thinking oh god i hope we dont get served by this grumpy guy, but we did and by time it was 5pm we gave him our land title forms, he let out a very loud sigh and eye roll walked out the back came back and said he can't do them because its now 5:01 and it takes 10 minutes to do. Absolutely appalling customer service.

The staff at Torquay Post Shop are the best. Even though they are always completely under siege, they work as a team, they put the customers first. If there is ever a problem, they will solve it. An absolute pleasure to do business with. Australia Post, please triple all of these employees' wages. Thank you.

Really good service, even when flat out. The gentleman working there was very helpful & friendly, provided the best priced options for my parcel and in a timely manner. Nice to receive good customer service with a smile :)

Was a tourist to the town and had to duck in here to post something. Very friendly and efficient staff. The complete opposite to the staff in most Melbourne post offices.
