Absolutely pathetic service. Ordered an paid in full back in November with an indicated lead time of 6 weeks. Now they won't even provide an update with our order and keep replying to our follow ups with we will email our warehouse"Should've ordered through Wynstan instead."

Two stars for the quote and installation process but after sales service (a term I use loosely) was awful. Kresta clearly don't stand behind their product offering just a two year warranty. Within three years our blinds had warped and then split. After six months of chasing them for an answer we were basically told it's out of warranty

Product is OK, but service APPALLING. After 2 failed installation dates my awning was finally put up on September 12 but it came without the remote control and missing a few key bolts. Installer did his best but now I have an $8,000 awning on my house that I CANNOT USE because no-one has been able to help fix the problem in spite of 1 visit in person to the showroom and numerous phone calls to the installation company. The installer is still trying to help but no-one is listening to him either. Six weeks waiting on a remote is ludicrous! I'm totally fed up with the buck passing going on and even more upset about total lack of communication from the company. They seem to just take the $ and run!

After spending thousands and thousands of dollars on Kresta blinds and shutters, the largest of my roller blinds failed today. The blind was held on with double sided tape... that’s it. It is in my toddler’s room, and so I needed it fixed right away. When I called Kresta I was told that it was outside warranty, and that there would be a call out fee (+I’d imagine a repair fee) but they were vague on when the repair would happen, though I was told it couldn’t happen this week. She did tell me that I could fix it myself.That’s the level of their customer service folks, “fix it yourself”When I expressed concern that this would happen with the other 9 or 10 blinds in my house, I was not really given any comfort other than “it doesn’t happen very often.” Well I did fix it myself, It was not difficult. In fact it probably took me longer to type this out, but this brought me way more joy.Save yourself the heartache, find a different blind company who stands behind their product and holds it together with more than chewing gum and a prayer.

WARNING. You are better to buy blinds at Spotlight. I paid Kresta's top prices for a design and install of honeycomb blockout blinds for my new studio three years ago.Three or four months ago when I complained of the fraying cord I was told by a company salesman that they were not doing the model now as it was faulty! When the cord broke making the double blind non operational and stuck in the three quarter way down position, the company will do nothing to rectify except tell me to uninstall the blind, drive it to Penrith from Katoomba and pay for repairs, then drive down and collect, then reinstall. All this and I am a pensioner! The warranty on these expensive blinds is only two years despite other companies offering 5 years. My blinds are three years old and I paid extra thinking I was getting top quality to avoid having to replace them within at least 5 years hopefully longer. I have got better way longer wear from Ikea and Spotlight blinds at a fraction of the cost. If this company is struggling I can see why! It's immoral sand downright dishonest to take hard earned money from people on the pretence of providing service and quality and giving poor quality products and service instead. Shame on you Kresta. I will be making a complaint to fair trading.

If I could give them Zero stars it still wouldn't be enough.One of the worst experiences ever.After getting 3 quotes, Kresta wasn't the cheapest but had full confidence in their rep (Credit to him as he was the only good experience!). We paid the 50% deposit and were notified of 4-6 week lead time. After 2 weeks, they called and wanted the remaining 50% without providing an install date.We paid the remainder and were notified that their subby would call and arrange a time to install on a Saturday.Friday night we received a call and Saturday morning the subby turned up to install.3 of the blinds had been torn and 1 was fabricated too short.The subcontractor noted these and said he would write a report and have it fixed.This was 3 months ago and we still have not heard anything back, received a follow up phone call nor had anyone let us know when the issues will be rectified!Stay away from Kresta! Invest your hard earned money elsewhere!

I am SO happy with the new shutters from kresta! From my initial store visit for info, to the consult/measurement/ordering, to the final install by Adam, I couldn’t be more pleased!

Visited the Penrith showroom today and was faced with the worst customer service ever!! The lady was extremely rude from the get go, didnt want to help us out at all! If you dont want to work on a Saturday then dont, but dont take it out on your customers.We went in to pay for a quote that was done for us for $5000, from what we faced today, not going ahead with it.We ended up going to vista blinds. The lady at vista blinds was so kind and knew how to treat her customers, now we will be going ahead with vista blinds and im happy with the service i received.
