Discount Pet Meds

Placed an order back in March but my script had expired. Requested a refund but have not received a response. I've emailed them 5 times, called twice and left voicemails. No response at all.

I placed an order for pet medication on 27th December 2022 and it is now 5th January 2023 and this order has still not been dispatched. NO response to VM or emails. There is no notification on their website to advsie that they are closed between Christmas and New Year but rather on their banner they advise that 99% of orders are dispatched the same day. It has now been 6 business days (1 week) since purchase and still nothing dispatched and the order shows as awaiting fulfillment. There is something wrong with this business like they have closed down or don't care. As an online business swelling pet medication this is not good enough. I cannot get anyone from Discount Pet Meds to respond and I am desperate for the medication for my very ill dog....

I ordered medicine for my very ill dog before Christmas, I’ve emailed 3 times and have been calling the online & store number so many times since then and not a single response. Before I ordered I checked the website to see if there were any closures or delays due to the holidays and found no information, so I went ahead and purchased assuming I’d receive this important medicine quickly… I can see other reviews say the store/online is closed.. very disappointed there was so notification or information stating this before purchase.

Avoid this company. Terrible customer service. No replies to all my queries about my order status. I'm not sure if anyone even works there. Took payment and held onto it with no sign of refund or processing the order. Had to get the bank involved to get my money back.

Discount Customer Service more like, this was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I purchased an urgently-needed item, waited for delivery, and waited, and waited more until I was informed it was lost and would have to re-purchase a replacement order... which I stupidly did, only to be told the item was now out of stock and I could wait another few months or cancel the order. I cancelled and bought the item elsewhere and received it within the week. I had now purchased the item 3 times, but at least I got 1 from the other supplier - I should have gone straight there instead. I was refunded for one item at least... but then weeks later, the out of stock" one I cancelled was delivered. I don't need it now and my emails to return it have gone ignored. Online shoppers beware!"

This place is a joke. I ordered on Tuesday at 10.40am and paid express post. No update so I rang at midday on Wednesday to check on progress of my order. The guy who answered said my order had been shipped. I got an update that afternoon with a tracking number but by Friday lunchtime it was still not showing in the Australia post system to track. I rang Australia post who said it had been entered as pending (this is 3 days after ordering and paying express). Friday afternoon it finally is marked as “we have it” by Australia post. Then at 520pm on Friday afternoon I get an email that part of my order has been refunded??? How can that be given they said it was posted express two days before. So on a Friday when I can’t contact anyone I have no idea if my sick animal will get his meds. I do a frantic ring around and luckily find a vet to dispense the meds. I still have no idea what this place has sent and when it will arrive but given they told me my order was shipped when it obviously wasn’t it’s all been very stressful. I have a very sick animal that relied on this place to post meds quickly or be honest and say they couldn’t supply them. Choose somewhere else!

Horrible experience with this place, ordered an online order in January this yr (2023), few weeks later I was informed the items were out of stock and I could either buy the suggested product of get a refund, I replied for a refund, weeks later no refund was given (they said a refund would be given in about 5 days), I emailed them 4 times no response, I called and left a voicemail, no response. It is now April and I still haven’t been contacted back, I will have to contact the bank about this or try to call again. Long story short DO NOT order from this place, the customer service is trash!!! If I could I would rate this 0 stars.

The worst service you can imagine, not only spreading misinformation about the shipping or working hours but the customer service is just horrible, not helpful, very arrogant and rude

Closed for holidays (23/12 to 9/1). Should have been publicised somewhere, not on your shopfront window if you run an online shop, which still says same day despatch.Everyone deserves a break but you have customers with pets requiring meds and they do not know they would not get anything until at least 9th. Let's hope there are no pets suffering, or God forbid pass away, due to your lack of professionalism.

The worst customer service ever. Ordered 2 weeks ago, no update or reply to emails or phone messages.It seems nobody works there as calls go unanswered.
