We are so happy where we are and it was made possible with Sherry's help and Shield Management. Sherry's has gone above and beyond with every step with the house and repairs needed to be done. Any help I need, she is always there. The staff are lovely and helpful. My little family and I feel secure where we are knowing they will help us at anytime we need them. Can't go wrong with this RE and Sherry.

Was looking at a property to rent, in person Venita would talk over me as I was trying to speak, later on to receive a phone call of her raising her voice over the phone, not letting me speak in the end to just be hung up on. Would not recommend shield management.

I couldn’t not have asked for a better property manager than sherry , her warm and caring nature was always appreciated, and even the little thing like she’d always leave a little treat on the bench top for my daughter, speaks volumes to her character .

Unlike most real estates, Shield Management has been absolutely fantastic to rent through. From Maria's friendly facing greeting you when you go into the office, to all the behind the scenes.Chloe is my property manager and she has just been a delight to deal with. She is professional but also a down to earth person, she has helped me so much during my moves - above normal expectations.Very happy to have found a real estate that is understanding and helpful. They're always prompt to answer any queries I have, or deal with any maintenance issues that may have arisen.

Never rent from them. The property manager, Sherry is petty and back stabbing. Be careful and get all in writing. Careful, carful. She is nice upfront but when you leave will do her utmost to take your bond and renovate the property. Just petty. We left, won't mention the address and nothing but trouble. We are not the bogans who trash a place but this time I wish we had. Not even worth a star. When we entered the place there was no garden. When we left there was. No dime for what we did. Just, sorry, I'm not happy.
