This company is the only security company ill ever work for because the management and team members are superb and don't stuff around and act really professional. The environment is really fun and I enjoy coming to work.

I need to say thankyou to Des, he is an absolute legend. Helped me twice today with parking at the venue, and then helped again later at the event we were involved with

I have worked with other security companies over the years and while some have been great USAU Group is by far the best without a doubt. Very professional company and just fantastic people to work with.

Not one to complain about things but this was over the top and outright rude.Just came down to the show ground's to get my vaccine and was approached but an older lady in USAU uniform.She asked me to park in a parking I knew I would not have got into with my ute so I asked her if I could back into it instead.She unleaded on me in a manner I was totally not expecting.We are all going through tough times and I understand if I was rude to her but this I feel is very unprofessional and brings the entire team down.Up date on this unfortunate incident.Just had a call from Russell and was extremely apologetic about what happened.10/10 on customer service and satisfactionHence the now 5 star review
