MECCA George Street

This is definitely a flagship store. The layout, the presentation, the services available and the variety of productions and brand available make shopping in the store so exciting! All the staff I interacted with were super friendly and knowledgeable.I booked a facial and beauty the lariat Myrsial (sorry if spelling is wrong) was fabulous. She created such a fun but chill environment, her product knowledge super impressive and just gave good facial. Loved it and can’t wait to re-book for round 2 facial.Located in the historical Gowings building on the corner of George and Market Street. QVB light rail stops directly in front of store.

I rarely post reviews of late. However, I thought what I experienced yesterday at your flagship store on George street needs to be commended.I went in looking to acquire a new fragrance from Diptyque Paris, and was immediately served by one of your lovely staff members. She went through almost the entire line from the brand with me, not to mention the amount testing strips that were used. She was amazingly patient with me.In my indecision due to the vast array of scents that I loved, I walked out, and returned multiple times, till I’ve narrowed my choices down to two, and two of your staff assist me further by providing me with perspectives and thoughts to consider. They were extremely knowledgeable when it came to perfumery, and I was very impressed.Their perspectives led me to make an informed decision on the right fragrance for me. So, thank you for an amazing customer and shopping experience. It is customer services and hospitality like yours that makes in-store experience the only way to shop. Keep up the good work!

I came today to Mecca in George Street in Sydney. I am so happy that Ken helped me to find the right foundation and concealer. Not only did he apply the products, but he also give me knowledge about it and my skin. He is such a gentle person putting the products on my face. I came here during an EXTREMELY busy time. But the amazing staff at the counter helped me find something that I had been looking for for a while and had been quickly sold out online (at another store nearby). Despite it being busy she liased with the other Mecca store and requested that they keep it aside for me to pick up. The staff member could have easily just rung up the items I had and told me to check at another store for the other items, considering how busy the store was. I wish I had asked for her name because I was really really impressed by her customer service!

This is such a wonderful flagship store. They truly have everything you could ever need and if they don’t, they’ll get it there. I often visit every week just to have a wander around because it’s always nice to see what is on the market. Every so often I do make a purchase and the team is always helpful and friendly. If you’re looking for a fun time, head to the perfume floor.

Very helpful and friendly service from Kayley today. She gave me a super relaxing facial, I appreciated how proactive she was in helping me make informed decisions for my skincare. The heated seats were another plus. Highly recommend getting a facial here, plus you can redeem the money with products!

I went into Mecca today to find a few products. I don't really wear makeup and I didn't know where to start, I was helped by the most loveliest staff member, Jade. She was so patient, knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable. I ended up purchasing all the products recommended. Jade explained each step so clearly, I walked out feeling great and confident on how to apply them. Thanks so much Jade! 10 star service!
