Very frustrated and unhappy with service.Male physio didn't physically assess my back after I reported tightness and pain, and did not provide me with sufficient exercises I could continue on with at home to target the area. He appeared to be more interested in querying where the funding would come from to pay for ongoing appointments.

They have helped me. The staff are so nice and welcoming. Worth seeing

I have been a client at Gippsland Physiotherapy for approximately 8 months. I have found the staff courteous and caring. I have been receiving treatment for 2 injuries that I have sustained. This has been under the direction and guidance of Neil .I have found Neil to be a very good physiotherapist, who helps you to fully understand the nature of the injuries. Advising of the best treatment plan ,including at home exercises.I can highly recommend Neil as a physiotherapist.

Very professional, very helpful, great strategies for recovery

Have been having dry needling treatment (similar to acupuncture) since around June 2022 as I have an injury from March that needs further attention. Thought the treatment would be good as it's worked for me for other things but it's too early to tell if it's been successful.

I see Sarah and she makes everything make sense she is warm n friendly as are the receptionists aswell.

Neil is top-notch. Highly recommend you see him.

Ill-equipped, incompetent and totally useless! I attended for a pre-employment medical. Firstly they changed the appointment time but failed to notify me. One week lost. Secondly incorrect information was sent to my employer. Two weeks lost. Thirdly the D&A screen was not the appropriate test. Three weeks lost. Then after a new test was conducted it was not sent to the correct pathology department. Now that's four weeks of income lost. The hearing test was not conducted in a sound proof booth. I could hear the reception phone ringing while the test was being conducted. What happens when in 20 years I try to claim for industrial deafness? Sorry mate but you were deaf when you started". Stay away from this place.In the response to the response below. Instead of attending to the issues raised all you do is to try to discredit me. Typical and pathetic."
