WARNING - do not use this company. I went as an errand to pick up taps and the lady that works their was so foul. Bitter, angry lady telling me about a shitfight" she is having. She was so angry she slammed the tap boxes violently down on the counter at me. Yes lovely professionalism. Maybe she should take some advice from her Fraser Island hoodie that she was wearing (yes they dress so professionally too) and go on one big fat holiday because she needs it."

Had nothing but excellent service from this company. Big shout out to Peter, who was my main point of contact. Also interacted with Jennifer. They were very helpful and knowedgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and they always answered my emails in a timely fashion. Some people cannot be satisfied no matter what is done for them. I don't believe even half of these reviews are genuine.

Great, friendly staff and service. Very helpful and affordable. We got everything in the one place for our bathroom. Jennifer and Wayne were amazing.

I have done much work for these guys over the years and they have always treated me with respect and always paid me on time and they love having a chat and have always tried to help me.The owner (Wayne) offers me water or a cup of tea when I arrive too.Highly reputable & decent folk like few out there.No matter what you do though, (everyone knows this from experience), there are always going to be people who try to besmirch your name or believe they’ve been done wrong, even if they haven’t.

The WORST service possible. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star if it was possible.The customer service is terrible, the quality of product is disgusting, and after sales service is non existent!There prices are cheap and are for a reason. Do not waste your time going to these clowns.They didn’t get our order right, when questioned they blamed the worker with mental health issues… they get angry and swear when you say what you ordered vs what you received like it’s our fault.They are so unorganised they constantly have to ask what it was we ordered every few days.The owner is extremely rude.We reported damage on the products still in the box yet somehow we caused the damage so not their problem!It was an absolute nightmare working with these guys so do yourself a a favour and pay a bit extra elsewhere.

I have recommended and used your company for some years now, and of late I have noticed some reviews are trying to diminish your business. I know the respect you have always showed me, my friends and colleagues.Unfortunately there will always be trades out there that don't trade to the same standards that you have always met and hopefully people will realise that anyone can be a keyboard warrior.

I have had a life changing experience with these guys. I was in a middle of reno going all wrong when tumbled across this shop. I walked in one morning all grumpy and fed up when Jen approached me and offered her assistance. I spent 4 hours with her. She helped me to bring this bathroom from hell into an amazing finished high quality retreat kind of a place.I can not speak highly enough of this team. Wayne assisted with amazing prices and Jen worked relentlessly to get me exactly what I wanted. Products are installed and used for months now. Quality is amazing and the finish speaks for itself. ❤️ to all!

I have nothing but great things to say about Wayne and his amazing team so friendly helpful and good for a laugh, they went over and above to get me a great price and I’m in love with my gunmetal taps and showers and my bath thanks guys I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
