We were very happy with the work that Hany and his team did. They were efficient and the result was excellent. We had brown carpet with chipboard before and the floors came up beautifully after they sanded and polished the boards. See the photos of before and after.

We had Total Floor Service repair, sand, seal and polish our floors recently. The repair work was a bit tricky, but they handled it well. The sanding, sealing and polishing was all done in a day and the results were excellent. We still walk in and are amazed by the improvement (and we thought our floors were pretty nice before!). Hany and his team did an amazing job with our floors. They have helped with two projects, one resurrecting our existing timber floors and another installing floating boards in our bedroom. Can't praise Total Floor Service enough. Had extensive carpet damage that needed stretching + patching. Hany was the first person to respond to me, within a day, and the quote was under what I was expecting. He was able to get someone out within 48 hours, who did an unbelievable job in patching the carpet. Also had the place steam cleaned shortly after by a different employee.Both workers that came out (Sam and Shiran) were incredibly professional and friendly, and both jobs were done within a couple of hours.Saved me from a lot of stress and anxiety for an upcoming inspection.Thank you again Hany, will definitely use your company for any future floor needs.

5 stars is not a high enough rating for this company. From the time I met them for the quote through to Ben and his partner who sanded and polished the floor, the professionalism was second to none. Even when I called with a problem nothing was to much trouble. Would recommend them to my closest family. Thanks for a great job.
