I was referred to Helena from Dreambirth by a friend and hiring her to be our doula was the best decision ever. From the moment my partner and I met her we were impressed with her beuaitufl light and calm energy which we knew we wanted to bring to the birth of our first child. We decided to choose Helena over other doulas because of the vast 8years+ experience she had. We wanted to do everything possible to have a natural birth and planned a homebirth through CMP. Helena was always on call to answer any questions I had and importantly, calm my first time mum nerves! We enjoyed her pre-natal classes which were in the comfort of her beautiful home. I made friendships with some of the other mums which will carry on into our kid’s lives. Her packages are great value for money and included everything we needed. She even did a small pregnancy photo shoot and those were the best photos I had taken, by far! During the birth she a guided me to drop into my body’s natural intuition and we had our little boy in a life-changing, positive home birth experience at home. Post-birth, Helena was super helpful and supportive in her unique warm and loving way that made me feel special. Even bub loves her, he gave one of his biggest smiles when she was around. I highly recommend Helena and Dreambirth!

I was an attendee of hypnobirthing classes with Helena and asked her to be my doula - I’m so glad I did. Helena is so warm, caring and funny and was available to thoroughly discuss any questions or concerns I had throughout the pregnancy. She was an incredibly reassuring and supportive presence during the birth and I am so grateful to have had her helping to advocate for my preferences. We love Helena!

Helena, thank you so much for helping us achieve our dream birth. Josh and I decided to do hypnobirthing sessions with Helena as one of our close friends recommended her. She is such a beautiful, down to earth person that we felt instantly comfortable with. We learnt so much from the hypnobirthing sessions and felt very empowered leading up to the birth. We decided that because I was having a VBAC that we would love to have the extra support of Helena as a doula, and this was the best decision we made. The guidance we received was invaluable. I also went to a Mother Blessing Session and a Hypnomothering Session, which were beautiful ways to connect with other Mums and our babies. Our actual birth was incredible, and with the support of Helena and my husband Josh, we achieved the VBAC that we were hoping for. I haven't been able to stop smiling about it since. During the labour, Helena supported me with homeopathics, oils, breathing techniques, water, massage, protecting the space, being with me when Josh had to take doctors out of our bubble for discussions, and being there for Josh as well. It was truly the perfect birth that we had been hoping for, and we will never forget the incredible support and care we got from Helena. Thank you so much for everything, Helena. Helena has been my doula for both the Dreambirths of my sons. Her belief in me, her calm nurturing energy, her wisdom… all supported me trusting myself. Helena is such a beautiful person who has supported me through both my pregnancies and helped build my confidence to go into labour and motherhood feeling like a powerful woman.In July 2022, she provided my husband and I with private hypnobirthing classes which prepared us for labour and helped keep us relaxed about bringing our daughter into the world. She then got special approval to support my husband and I through our daughter's labour. My husband found her support and knowledge so helpful, as he felt he couldn't support me in ways that a powerful doula could. He also felt she supported him as well.I could go on for days about how fantastic Helena is and am so grateful for the gift of being our doula because without her love and support, we wouldn't have had the great start to familyhood as we would have without her.In May 2019, Helena supported me through delivering my son who was stillborn. My husband couldn't fly back in time but he felt safe in the knowing that she was there with me. My son's birth could have been the most horrific experience with lasting trauma but from the get go, Helena said we will give him a beautiful birth and we did just that. The beautiful Helena came to our home for a private session with my husband & I. She was recommended by both my midwife and chiropractor.We were so pleased to have found someone who could intuitively know what we needed and to introduce the concept of ecstatic birth in preparation for our second child.Her warmth and passion for what she does shone through the moment we met her and instantly made us both feelcomfortable to ask all the questions and be vulnerable.Bringing sensuality and gentle loving connection into birth makes such sense given this is how our baby was created. After falling pregnant, I was really unsure about how to prepare for and approach the impending birth of our baby. I was recommended to Helena through a friend who completed her DreamBirth Hypno course and spoke very highly of her. I signed up with an open mind, keen to learn about the birthing process and how to mentally prepare myself for a natural delivery in a private hospital.Helena speaks passionately about birth and empowering women to trust their bodies. All classes were educational and informative, delivered in an easy to understand manner for both mum and dad.We didn't engage Helena as our Doula (my husband took that role on himself and did a fantastic job), however she was still available to help and support us during the late stages of pregnancy and early labour when we reached our for suggestions to help things along (I birthed our son at 41+6)We had the birth we wanted thanks to the guidance received from Helena. She really is a very special woman, whom I am truly grateful to have met before I began my journey into motherhood.Thank you from the bottom of my heart Helena. You are amazing!
