I visited P&P in the afternoon with work colleagues... It wasn't crowded so there was ample space to sit. I ordered their pumpkin salad with chicken which tasted beautiful... It was fresh and flavoursome. I am not sure if this place has to offer more, it's just like any other country pub... It's not a bad place but also not a great place.

We went here for dinner while visiting family in Wagga. My wife is coeliac, so we have questions we need to ask staff before we order food. So we found something that said Gluten Free on the menu, then went to order. The lady behind the counter needs to learn how to be friendly and how basic customer service works. I had to ask her to check with the chef if the gluten free meal was safe. She came back and without saying sorry"

Very happy with the hotel service. The heater and a few other things were broken so they gave us a full refund on the room. We also stayed in another room a week prior and were happy with it. A good basic room for a cheap stop over on the way through.

I have not stayed over there, however one of my guest members stayed there last week and she told me that it’s really a horrible experience staying over there. There are multiple reasons of saying horrible experience because one of the very prime reason is that accommodation is not very clean and not nice. Secondly there is a club just on the next door which makes a lot of disturbance while sleeping. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, and if you want to stay quiet or feel silent while sleeping I would not recommend to book this hotel at all.

The Palm & Pawn has been exceptional in all regards from accommodation, meals, hospitality, staff friendliness, cost effectiveness and an all round great experience!Marty provided excellent service and was more than happy to accommodate our service dog and anything else we requested or needed, the service we received was 5 stars and we will definitely be recommending and visiting again in the future!The atmosphere and resort feel was relaxing and like we were at a high class coastal resort, a pleasant change from the rural motel feel!Thanks for a lovely stay!

The food was average. Got given a over cooked egg, and when we asked to have it cooked properly was told there is nothing wrong with it" The steaks were dry and they had minimal staff available to take food orders and drinks orders. The line up took 30mins+We wouldn't visit it again nore would be we recommend it to others."

Below average food and service.Kids meals are overpriced for what they are.Free ice-cream with kids meal is a joke.Wasn't told about free drink that's included in kids meal until I'd already paid for a round of drinks for 6 kids.Asked for medium rare steak, steak was past well done..Didn't receive salad with the steak, chips and salad meal.Lucky this place has the amazing play equipment or I'm not sure many families would bother as it doesn't have much else going for it sadly. In my opinion this place takes advantage of the fact that it's the only real family orientated pub/restaurant in Wagga.

Nice place to stay, clean but a bit dated. Check-in was quick and easy.No sound proofing so can hear all that is happening outside. Bear in mind the rooms are at the back of a big beer garden/outside area, so there is music and people until late on a weekend night.A good place and a good price, but I will not book here again as I prefer a quieter venue.
