Michael is a legend! He changed our flat tyre in 4 mins so we could make the ferry to Iluka on time…amazing!

We visited Michael in his Bike Shop to ask for advice for the right position of seat and saddle of our new bikes. Although we did not purchase our bike at his shop (we visited Yamba during our vacation) Michael advised us with professionalism and changed the setting of the handlebar and seat. What a difference it made, so we are very grateful receiving his help and highly recommend to visit The Yamba Bike Shop for any matter regarding bicycles, gear and service. Great shop!!!

Have bought two bikes from the store. I recently had my old giant serviced here and wow. Customer service, fantastic price and it rides like new. I am thinking of upgrading soon and will definitely return. Fantastic, local and well priced. Thank you.

Excellent and very prompt service. Very friendly and informative. My husband's wheel chair needed attention. It was repaired while we waited and was taken to our car and put in the boot without asking. I am also handicapped and that was greatly appreciated by me and my husband who feels bad about me having to do everything. Great job was done and we are extremely happy. Mr Monkey Jocks was left in store, we only realised when we had driven the half hour home. I called the bike shop and the owner went out of his way to put Mr MJ on the ferry across to Iluka the same day after I suggested we would only be able to get it a few days later. Mr MJ was reunited with his owner later that afternoon. My experience instore was faultless, my post purchase experience was beyond expectation and greatly appreciated!

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Get this, I’m a senior citizen, so I’ve been around a long time. I know fantastic customer service when I get it.Yesterday, I bought a headlight for my helmet. The shop assistant sold me a beaut. This morning, I cut off the package to fix the light unto my helmet, but I couldn’t because the strap was too short. I went back to the bike store for assistance.Mr Vincent, the owner, was there; but, not the shop assistant who sold me the light.Mr Vincent looked at the problem. To my horror, He said that it was only suitable to be attached to the handlebar, not the helmet.However, even though the package was already cut up, he offered to replace it with the correct item, and refunded me the price difference.I couldn’t believe it. I said, in disbelief, “but the package is already gone.” He smiled and said as long as you return the item, “I’m okay with it.”Seriously, this scenario wouldn’t happen anywhere else. They would say, “Sorry, we can’t take it back. We can’t sell it without the package.”Please, everyone, for your bicycle needs and hires, go to this shop if you are at Yamba.Top notch service and quality products. 10 out of 10. Five stars.
