Worst customer service ever! Car wash is always broken! Not going to come back anymore

Left waiting outside with my daughter while the women behind he counter kept talking to another customer. Too busy to press a button and let another customer in.

Horrible stopped here to fill up petrol lady ask me to pay in advance... have no idea how much gotta be full tank.. better next door to caltex, it's cheaper too and no advance payments lolRidiculous

Worst customer service since the aussie girls have left. Can hardly understand the store manager in the mornings all the male staff as of late seem really lazy always on their phones. The store manger Dharmit stands behind the till in the mornings playing games on his phone when the eftpos freezes and a line of customers arw waiting 10 minutes for it to unfreeze. Stock levels for the flavoured milks is shocking lately. I actually enjoyed coming in the past knowing there were once friendly staff that were always helpful in mainting the regulars requests on flavours for certain products. But it sucks cause I live behind the servo yet now I choose to drive down to shell to enjoy the better customer service and better range of products and friendlier staff.

Fix your door bell switch. It's safety hazard and can give electric shock to someone.

“Cheap” fuel day today. U91 advertised at $195.9/L …. except that ALL the fuel hoses of U91 have signs that they are “out of order”…

Very messy and dirty store. First impressions when walking into store leads me to believe cleaning is very low on the agenda. The merchandising of store is shocking. Sorry but there is absolutely no appeal to buy anything simply due to the messy shelving. Who ever is in control of visual merchandising for the store/company needs major re training. Your GP would go up if you take advice on board and renovate/fix store layouts etc.
