Well made, lovely and warm.Suggest if new to purchasing from UGG Australia online (as we were), our learning is to buy 1 size smaller, than the size chart recommends. Initially, the fit felt good and snug for both my wife and I, though after a few weeks of wearing and with the sheepskin on the footpad flattening they've loosen up. They're just wearable, though do keep the feet toasty warm.Cheers

After doing a fair bit of research on which UGGS were 100% Australian made ( very interesting story) I treated myself to a beautiful pair of black 3/4 Tidal Uggs from Roman Tannery , a family owned business in Laverton Melbourne.I made the purchase online , and the entire process was a breeze, with good communication to me from my order placement, to delivery at my home in Perth Western AustraliaI was over the moon when they arrived , packaged in the most beautiful way, with their warranty and authenticity certificate :)Over the years I have purchased many boots and my UGGS are without a doubt, the most comfortable boot I have EVER owned , and well worth the investment.It is now 3 years on since I bought my first UGGS. They are still perfect , only requiring new sheepskin innersoles, which I recently purchased for them , and were very easy to place into the boot.I purchased my 2nd pair , the Brighton mini in brown and a shorter boot. Once again I purchased online, taking advantage of a sale , and received my boots fairly quickly in spite of Covid and postage delays.The boots arrived in an ordinary packet however I didn't expect fancy packaging , considering they were on sale.After 3 months of wear, a few stitches pulled loose at the back of one of the Brighton boots. I emailed the factory and submitted photos of the problem. Lucy in Customer Service was fantastic, and arranged for a return no postage paid label " to be emailed to me

Amazing service!! My partner took me to buy my first pair of REAL UGGS, and I couldn't be happier. The service was amazing. She was so helpful, answering all our questions with honest answers and letting us try nearly every shoe to find the right fit for us! Would 100% recommend buying in store if possible for the best buying experience

I ordered online, good price but they sent me the wrong size and when contacting customer service I haven’t heard back. The product colour also looks different to the website.*UPDATE* the team have now contacted me and sent out the correct size. They were lovely in their communications. I have purchased online a couple of times now, purchase and delivery was great, product is quality and lasts a long time so you save on landfill and support local manufacturing/jobs. If you can, try visiting the store in person, it's packed with a crazy variety of products and you can try them on for size which is always nice. Warning - place might make you feel like coming out looking like an Eskimo :D If price point is a barrier, just create an online account and wait for the special days like Father's day, Mothers, day, etc where you can save ~20% or more. They also have special offers in-between and with every online purchase you earn Ugg Points" which you can redeem for more savings in the future. I have redeemed points and that side of it works great as well. I was even able to use the resulting discount code on an item already on sale which I think is unheard of in retail

Bought the small pillow and slippers. Both are super plush and very well made. Delivery was super duper quick even during COVID. Highly recommend and will buy again !

Lovely genuine service by the sales owner at the real UGG Australia. I was helped with my exchange and even fitted correctly with some insoles for maximum comfort. I have been wearing my real Ugg Australia boots for the past 11years and decided this winter I need a new pair. We also fitted my boyfriend his first EVER pair Ugg Australia’s today!! You can’t live in Australia without a real pair of UGG Australia boots!We will be back!!!

This is the last sheepskin tannery and ugg boot maker in Australia. It was a real honour to have had the opportunity to view the hard work that goes into a genuine pair of ugg boots. Australians who choose not to have a pair of these have no idea what they are missing out on. The therapeutic benefits and healing propperties of this product is definetly worth it.

I placed an order and it arrived in great time and in good condition.After opening the package I realised that I had ordered the wrong size , When I contacted UGG they sent me the details of how to return the package and even included a pre-paid postage label.Great service.

I bought my first pair of UGG Australia at the outlet store in Laverton (this address) and the family owned business woman was super nice and helped us understand the difference between UGG Australia and the rest of UGG brands made outside of Australia.
