They were rude and their website is misleading. I told the guy the part number and he just belittled me over the phone. We arrived to pick up the part and then was told they were closed and not open on Fridays, which is not mentioned anywhere on there website. I'll take my services elsewhere and make sure everyone know not to go there. Not happy at all. No stars would be better rating.

I was very impressed with the service. It is good to call a service provider and be greeted by a friendly and professional voice by phone and then have the service that was promised delivered. I received the call as was expected from the serviceman to let me know he was on his way. He got there and did not muck around found the fault with my dishwasher, showed me the fault and gave and honest assessment all within the minimum call out time. I will recommend Pearson Sellwood to family and friends:)

I’ve had an excellent interaction with Pearson Sellwood. From the first phone call, to the finished job they were courteous and professional. I found their pricing to be reasonable and their workmanship of a high standard. I’d definitely recommend their services for any electrical problem or installation.

We urgently needed some Transit Bolts to move our washing machine interstate. Despite their spare parts division being closed on Friday, the friendly receptionist (Vanessa?) called a technician on the road and located some bolts for us. They only had three out of the set of four, but 3 is better than zero at short notice.Excellent customer service to take that extra step to locate what we needed at short notice, and because the set was incomplete, sold them to us so cheaply that they were practically giving them away (around 90% off retail price).It's this sort of personal customer service where they do the extra for you that makes for an excellent customer experience, and I am sure they apply the same dedication to all of their customers.Thank you so much!
