Rooms are small newly renovated. Toasted, kettle, bar fridge and microwave provided. Great hot shower and water pressure could do with more attention in cleaning the grout. Bed firm and comfortable. Air conditioning is reverse cycle and turns off and kicks in constantly which is odd. Set to 25 on heating mode and didn't feel that hot. Heated blankets in bed were great little treat. Very pretty hand basin made from glass.

Rooms are quite large, best shower !!Very clean ! And beds are super comfortable, do yourself a favour and eat at the Vietnamese restaurant in the hotel, SENSATIONAL food ! Staff are very friendly to, and only a $100 !

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Well met and efficient. Quick check in. Rooms are very comfortable, but not overly spacious. Room does have a small table, with 2 chairs. Free wifi with good bandwidth. Short trip into the centre of town for meals..as the chef is away and motel restaurant is not open.

Detouring the floods from QLD to SA and stopped for the night at Motel St Arnaud - what a pleasant stay - clean room and a good night’s rest. Vietnamese food was YUMMY at the restaurant. Beautiful family operating this gem - definite yes to visit again!

You pay for what you get, but bugs in the beds plus hair in the main bed, from the cleaners I'm guessing.At least the bathroom looked semi modern. The rest looked dated. Dirty under the beds. Clearly hadn't been vacuumed underneath for a while

Very friendly, helpful hosts, allowed us to park our camper trailer & car at the door if our room. We are at their Vietnamese restaurant. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.

So my husband booked to stay here for a night get there and system is down so office lady puts me in a room until system came back up so we go for a drive with our kids and wife and niece then get back for the office lady to say that I couldn't stay there and the manger was ringing her and abusing her telling her to go into our room why were where not there and throw our stuff out of the room she was very rude to me and her staff and I had to find another motel to stay at in the next town I will not even bother. So we were apparently lying about what the lady said over the phone when we booked the room last week, and not only did it happen to us it happened to some other couples as well. Poor service, and the poor admin lady copping abuse from her.Disgusting.

A great little place that we would happily stay at again. Clean and comfortable with very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are a good size and bathrooms looked recently renovated. Brilliant.
