Ordered today (under lockdown) at 9:30am. Thought orders over $100 free (but should be over $150 - my error). Shortly was emailed=ready for pick-up. Emailed I expected delivery, as Mornington is outside my 5km limit. 3:30pm received delivery (inside a voucher+a handful of sweets) + then found store email=delivering today. Such gracious, thoughtful service in these difficult times.

on holiday, went to Mornington shops with a girlfriend who took me to a few if her favourite shops this being one of them.I purchased a gift for someone, and left checked out a few more shops, then went back to check out the jewellery my friend was making a purchase, one of the staff, went to the jewellery and walked back to the other and was insinuating to the other we might of shop lifted NEVER in my life was I so embarrassed saying making a note of the time and checking all stock.even if they thought this this is not how they should of conducted themselves, they had our details as we paid by card.. it was humiliating degrading and the worst customer serviceI won't he recommending to friends or going back

We are local and have been shopping along Main Street for years , and particularly your store when buying a gift.. like today. However todays visit was massively disappointing. Looking around the store I had been closely watched and asked if I wanted help three times, I then saw two brackets and picked them up to carry whilst continuing to browse. Another staff member ( second time she had came up to me ) had said ‘ do you want me to take them to leave at the desk for when you are ready to pay’ my mum whom was with me was furious at this point, and gave her the brackets and said ‘ you must think she’s going to steal them, here’, and handed them to her. I would of bought a lot more from your store as usual , but being massively uncomfortable, I paid for the brackets and we left. You should never assume.

After being a Maindesire costumer for 3 years Im still enjoying visiting the store. Not only in its variety of articles but also for the remarkable customer service. Dedication interactions with a customer so you can make sure a customer feels heard, appreciated, understood and valued.

Whenever I am in Mornington I always go to this store. It is perfect for buying unusual gifts and the staff are always lovely.
