Great service 100% success rate in our experience with numerous SCWT litters.

I contacted them for a quote for transport. They took more than two weeks to give me a quote. I had previously received a price to travel a much greater distance, but this quote was for a lesser distance but twice the price. When I queried it, I was left thinking that they did not actually know the towns I was talking about. They were slow to respond to emails, never returned calls and when I gave them one last chance to provide a variety of quotes (i.e. for their different time frames) they completely ignored that request and instead wasted yet more time justifying their mistakes and asking me to contact them again if I wanted a quote. At this point I gave up - you could not be confident that they would collect the right thing or deliver it to the right place. I wouldn't risk your breeding program on this firm.

Extremely busy practice,with friendly and very knowledgeable Specialist staff..Prices are quite reasonable.. I wish they weren't so far away from Sydney,or they would be my go to Vet on a regular basis..

This clinic is a 5 star when it comes to knowledge and getting your Dog full with pups, however if your new to the game they are hopeless at communicating with you and with each other. You have to be onto everything. Getting back to you is a huge issue in there because they don’t communicate with each other. They are not friendly at all you hardly get a smile out of them. You are barked at with what you should be doing for example how you should hold your dog or where you should be standing with them. I only go back because they do know what they are doing in there amongst the chaos.

Went there because female dog would not allow my male dog anywhere near her whilst on heat.She fell pregnant straight away. Staff were wonderful, very experienced and friendly
