Quixspede Service Centre

We are based in Melbourne and purchased a jeep from this company in December. We needed to get NSW Fair trading and the NSW Road Transport Authority involved to try and get some kind of reasonable response from the seller. Sadly no one was happy in the end and am still wondering how it was issued with a pink slip for a car in such a dangerous condition. One of the reasons we bought the Jeep was due to the company reviews on Google and the fact that they serviced the car for some time. Let's just say we are pleased we now have a good mechanic looking after it and doing proper services after having to spend a considerable sum getting it to a safe drivable condition.

Excellent service centre. Funky location, great work. It's definitely my regular service haunt.

Great local mechanic especially if you live in the Kirribilli/north Sydney area. Upfront on prices and communication. They’ll ring you before doing anything extra. Lastly, I even got a free inside and out proper car wash which I didn’t expect. 10/10 mechanic.

Allan and his team know cars inside out.I’m confident that their service standards are at the top of the industry.The business is conveniently located (including for public transport) and open for extended hours.It’s definitely worthwhile giving Allan and his team a shot to look after your cars.

I want to send a shout out and a thank you to Allan and team Quixspede for their awesome work and customer service on my R32 recently. Their attention to detail, their wizardry in fault finding, their quoting accuracy, their desire for perfection, and lots more, was just amazing. It was an engine out job for timing chains/guides, air con compressor, clutch, steering arm, radiator and a few smaller things. The job took some time and was costly but I’d much rather pay for quality once than be unhappy with the repeated uncertainty of inexperience. I’d highly recommend Quixspede

First mechanic that I didnt feel like I was getting ripped off. I called a few places that this mechanic was the most competitive and they charged less than the quote when I picked up the car stating that the job didnt take as long as expected. They even cleaned the car interior and exterior which was a nice touch.

Our Mini S was only serviced by Quixspeed (Alan), due to my blind loyalty over many years.After a $2600 bill from Quixspede, I sold the car to a Mini expert. He informed me of the following, so I can stop taking other cars there...‘ Quikspede last serviced the Mini’s air box and didn’t see the air filter was absolutely clogged. (Are) they are either blind or incompetent? Photo attached. If you still get you other cars serviced there, I’d be extremely wary. (T)he mechanic isn’t as flash as you may think!’

Fantastic service! I needed a child seat fitting in my car and they were extremely helpful. Only took about 15 minutes. The service was right away and I was shown how to make the adjustments myself. I highly recommend if you need a child restraint fitting.

Great service and nicely priced. Fair assessment of what was needed - two areas I had asked about were reviewed with neither requiring any servicing yet which I thought was very fair.
