Now currently my favourite L'Occitane boutique to visit. Staff were exceptional. Thank you for the bonus tote bag and reset serum with my purchases. Also the fruit infused water and the plate of treats to enjoy was also nice. Loved the few blueberries and raspberries picked up yesterday. A nice boutique to do a spot of Christmas shopping. Thank you very much.

Be careful how much you really have to pay at the counter!The label price was $45, and I ended up paying $53. I only found it out once I got home. I contacted the store, they told that was a mistake on the label. $53 was the right price, and 30% off was the right discount.Simply, the purchase was done with misleading price information.So the advice here: do the calculation yourself before you pay, and double check your receipt before you leave.

I only had ever received these beautiful products as gifts and I went in for the first time for my own personal purchases on Tuesday 25th AUG 2020. I was really blown away with the customer service I received, the lovely assistant made me feel like a valued customer, she was very friendly, kind and genuine. Receiving this sort of service would make anyone want to come back, and that’s one thing I will be definitely doing! Thank you for making my day.

Just disappointed with a lier employee!We have purchased around $600 products from Loccitane at Macquarie shopping center in December 2021.We have been told, ww can get some promotions and free products.They said it’s not available due to COVID and they will call us in a few days to get the gifts.Nobody call us, we get there twice in a week but they said they haven’t received it yet.We get there again today to follow it up, they said we can’t get it anymore!!!I think they just want to motivate us to buy their products at that moment!

Wonderful customer service by Annelissa (I think that is how to spell it, sorry I forgot). I was in a rush to get back to work, but was able to gather the information I needed for the products i was after. I then was able to buy my desired products and was served with patience, kindness and generosity (some samples for me). Thanks again and keep up the great work ethic!
