We purchased an outdoor setting and received exceptional customer service from the moment we walked into the store right through to delivery. Amart kept us updated with regular emails and text messages regarding payment and the delivery of our furniture. We also received a phone call from the professional and courteous delivery person on the morning of delivery. I highly recommend Amart for all your furniture purchases and I will be shopping there again in the future.

Large retail store with plenty of furniture on display. Staff where friendly and not pushy.... went to purchase an item that was advertised and in stock online and was pleasantly surprised that it was true when we went to collect. Good range of goods Price is on par with other shops of this calibre. D3ont go there expecting to quality at bottom dollar prices.... you get what you pay for as they say.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. Purchased over $5000 of outdoor furniture shadow range. TERRIBLE QUALITY!! the laminated surfaces all chipping off after 2 years. Chairs are all cracking at joins- They won’t cover under warranty as saying it’s not manufacture default. So bad….Definitely don’t buy this.

Purchased a lounge 2 weeks ago, was told by staff that they have the lounge available. So we purchased and was told it will be delivered Friday 14th October ( TODAY) and Someone will call us to let us know when they will arrive. My partner took the day off work and got rid of our old lounge. Afternoon rolled on no call from delivery guys, He called Amart and was told it hasn't left dispatch. So I called on my break at work and the gentleman who I spoke to was lovely .But I was told by him thatit isn't available and won't be delivered until mid November and also told no notes were made regarding today's delivery.Iam so passed off!!!

Very unsatisfactory, purchased a lounges last year Aug with a 12 weeks waiting ✋️ extended ETA twice and arrived in December. Finally went to store for final pay. Noticed the price has dropped compared what we were sold with a reduced item of one of the signature items of the Amart brand, when enquired, told nothing but If we breech contract there would be new waiting period. Nothing happens to a assurance that there would be any accountability of price changes since it was very well explained before if there is any change with price, it can be covered on customers behalf. That means the customer will be able to get a goods on a reduced price. Here I am complaining about a good has nearly 10k price. The sales person was very humble and caring but the so called manager was the most arrogant individual, extremely lacks a customer services in terms of empathy, courtesy and non judgemental. I still have not received my goods, not bit confused if I should still get the good from this helplessness situation from lost trust company.

We purchased a new Queen Bed frame, Bedside tables, a desk and a beautiful book case. All from Boatwood collection at a very reasonable price.We dealt with James who was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and made choosing our new furniture very easy. I felt no pressure or force in dealing with James.The furniture is great quality and was packaged perfectly.Thanks guys

Useless rude staff (Kayleigh) who don’t follow through on what they say they’ll do. Thanks for NOT having my order ready in store like you said that you would (as opposed to dispatch). Product was dirty when eventually brought out and I received sass from some back dock person because I didn’t want a dirty product. Sandra who looked after me was lovely but in general, this store is just feral. Happy to have a refund and will purchase the same product online from a competitor.I don’t live on the Central Coast and certainly won’t use Amart again for my investment property up there.
