Strongman and a Ute

I really hope to no one what my experience was with that guy... Never on time, quote wasn't matching the invoice (always something more to add without telling me, example a delivery of $200) and even when he has to do a refund he has decided to deduct things that wasn't on the invoice without telling me, very poor communication and was always assuming things about me (not professional at all), blocking me on his Facebook page to avoid me replying to his comments after he has posted the photo of my fence without my authorization. When I was reviewing his invoice because the price wasn't the same than the quote for the first part of the fence he wasn't happy and asked me to pay the full amount of the second part of the fence. Very arrogant personality and no respect at all for his customer, telling me I wasn't his ''boss'' after I told him I wasn't happy with the service provided (every day I had to chase him to know what time he was coming). When he finally came to work he has forgotten things or he was blaming the other company to give him the wrong tools (when obviously he should have checked everything before starting the job) But when it comes to money was telling me to do the transfer straight away to safeguard his family's financial future and having excess building materials everywhere would see him without a wife, he has been warned apparently... still not sure how that is professional... was taking some initiative about putting 20bags of cements when the quote says 40 without telling me anything...So overall it has been a very stressful and unpleasant week for me having to deal with someone like that...
