NRMA Insurance

Very very biased people. Not helping or considering at all even though we have been with the company for years. I wish to give negative rating.At the first place we should have never gone with them for car insurance.We have suffered for 3+ months and the result of the claim was totally biased.Without any proof of the accident and we have been charged access fee for without any investigation.Have hurt us financially and mentally.We had been honest and registered the claim even though opposite guy was hiding for a month.And at last they favour him really NRMA?Being in an unknown country we trusted the company based on name.Please read the ratings before going with them.Go for any other company but never ever NRMA.

No point going into this place. It's same as you trying to do or find something online.Staff not customer orientedI get some issues with my insurance renewal annually. When i visited 3 times to Macquire centre, twice to Castle towers they were able to resolve my issue quickly and professionally. Not with this place, Staff wasted more time to claim nothing wrong rather than really checking the issue.They've didn't even check the issue after wasting my time over 30 minutes.*NRMA, you have closed so many good branches really offering some customer service and kept this useless branch open?

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Handy location.Love face to face service. Nothing can't beat friendly service. The only place that does International driving permits!!! Great place for most valuable face to face service. No other insurance company offers that. All others companies are online and phone service only. That's why I insure with Nrma!!

Waited 10 mins to see customer service officer then waited another 20 mins to do 3 months dealer greenslip which was still not done so I left and used a rival company and did the greenslip on the phone in 5 minutes. NRMA are only company that don’t allow payments by phone in dealer greenslips. 5 customers waiting whilst various staff members went on breaks or fiddled around at their desks. Fake friendly customer service not backed up with efficient operation. Same old NRMA
