We are buying our first home in Australia so it’s all very new to us but we gave Landmark a call to conduct a building and pest report. Communication was excellent, inspection was the next day. Report was clear and very though. Lots of pictures to help us see and understand the minor issues. Would highly recommend Landmark and will definitely use again if we ever move and will tell friends and family about Lankmark. Thanks Brendan

The reports are very easy to read & the requests for inspections are processed so quickly with most inspections so far being scheduled the next day. I attended the most recent inspection on site. Brendan was fantastic & took the time to explain things in more detail & answer any questions I had. Shout out to Jesse in admin who is also so very helpful. Had a gas and electrical safety inspection done by these guys and both teams were great, very quick and courteous and clearly knew their trades like the back of their hands. The electrician removed a fire hazard on the spot which we really appreciate. Awesome first impression and an easy recommendation.

Recommended further enlarged details of only major faulty works by the builder for our extra clear identifications. Recommending to any perspective Clients. They are professional, responsive with emails and updates, very thorough reports with images. Good price point without locking you into anything.Just wish that all builders were held to/ had to comply and prove they have corrected the actual important 'fixes' that are recommended and important.
