We would like to thank one of the amazing phycologists Sean for his valuable advice, support, and help. With his guidance, my son made a big progress in the past few months and my son sees Sean as his best friend.Thank you Sean, thank you for saving our life.

Let the poor administrative processes not be a reflection of the wonderful practitioners at Okey Dokey. Unfortunately, to be in receipt of an email claiming an outstanding overdue amount for a cancellation dating back SIX MONTHS and demanding payment within two days or be referred to a debt collector (with NO prior communication, neither verbal or written!) has tarnished my view of Okey Dokey. Times are tough for everyone and a little kindness goes a long way. Is this consistent with your values Okey Dokey? How sound are your business practices and processes? Unfortunately, the tone of the email and subsequent reply was at best, officious and uncaring, particularly given the lack of communication stemming from your organisation over the past 6 months. Needless to say, I am exceptionally disappointed and this has left an unnecessary sour taste in my mouth.
