Conquer Disability Support Services

I am an NDIS participant who engaged this service as my Support Provider. The Support Workers provided and suggested matches were questionable, to say the very least. I did not have the opportunity to meet the Manager of the company, despite being a client of the company for many months, and participating in activities in the area. I did instead meet with his HR and Business Manager, only after raising issues with the company, who happens to be the Business owners wife, and who I found to be very passive aggressive in nature, both in person, and via email messages. After raising some genuine issues with the company regarding their Support Workers, I was dictated to regarding where I can and cannot conduct my Bush walking and Fishing activities by the company, and NOT given choice and control. I have rated this company One star, because I cannot give a zero.

Absolutely amazing company, wonderful staff and management. Easy to get along with and also fast and efficient.Definitely recommend ☺️
