WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.......Please save your hard working money, they will forced you to sign the contract, and once you signed it, their behaviour changed specially the Finance Department and their Manager. They will harass you for the money, regardless of whether you haven't limb the vehicle.Please stay away from them......

Just be cautioned when trying to buy a vehicle from here to be shipped interstate. They are dodgy, as in the car is nothing like they promise you it is and make you obligated to purchase a vehicle when there is no valid contract to do so. Be careful and do not sign a contract with them, unless you read it through properly and are 1000% sure you want the vehicle and the vehicle is on the truck to be delivered. The contract that my partner signed was subject to finance and no longer valid as finance was declined, but was being forced upon us to purchase the vehicle. Complete lies.I can go on with our horrible traumatizing experience, but its giving me anxiety just thinking about it further. Tim is arrogant, rude and forceful, then you have a dodgy salesman Hamza that is rude and trying to sell you a lemon of a vehicle.Between gender discrimination, forceful sale tactics, disgusting customer service, arrogant and rude attitudes towards customers,Best to stay away and look elsewhere for interstate purchasers.

Unfortunately wasn't the greatest experience. Purchased a 2019 Camaro ZL1 which I assume to be probably the most expensive car they have in the group and found the first sales consultant to be horrible as soon as the deal was done. Then passed me on to daniel which instantly leaves a bad taste when you're buying an expensive vehicle (Clearly in it for the sale and that's it)We agreed on transport being added to the agreed deal to QLD but then took awhile to get any transport booked in after the car was paid for and they chose the cheapest option out of their quotes to save the money in the deal, But failed to advise it would take 28 BUSINESS DAYS to be delivery which is 5-6 weeks which is unacceptable. Didn't want to do the other transport company because it was too expensive for their deal which would have been a lot faster to be delivered to QLD. Had to fork out the extra money to get the vehicle transported faster so it arrived in a reasonable time frame. They did cover the amount their transport company had quoted them but this amounted to 30% of the total transport cost. Daniel was decent throughout the process, decent communication skills and didn't avoid my messages or questions which is what saves this review from being a 1 star. I wouldn't be purchasing through this group if you're looking for a great customer experience, If you get Daniel you can count yourself somewhat lucky as he is okay. Overall very disappointed in the purchase from these guys, A lot of things could have been done differently to make this a much better purchase.

The guy Hamza and manager Tim are kind of running a dodgy car yard over here. They initially take a deposit at lower price and then later ask for higher price quoting miscommunication among their own staff. Wasted our time!

Left a deposit for a car and after everything was finalised had noticed the deposit was not taken off of the total price of the vehicle, when questioned about it was told they would refund the amount, after multiple dodged calls and zero call backs when promised still have not seen a cent. It has been months now and we have got fair trade involved.Edit: called and turns out Connie is on leave so they can't do anything atm and they will ring back, like they said they would over and over, how has this business got more than 1 star.

Bought a second-hand car from them and dealt with Bryce, nothing was too much trouble for him, went out of his way to help, made the transaction a breeze. Had a bit of an issue with the diff a month later, took it back and it was repaired promptly, no issues. Would highly recommend doing business with them.

I have had so many terrible experiences with car dealer ships over the years, and finally I found one that, from start to finish, was an ENJOYABLE experience. I was happy to move away from the colour I wanted simply to deal with someone who was informative, polite and made good on what he promised me. I then also travelled from NOR to deal with these guys. Buying my most recent used car was so much fun! He also talked me though all of their stock when I asked and mananged to get a selection of colour to choose from when buying my VW T-cross. I highly recommend Webcar, in particular their salesman Rivers, for anyone who is thinking about purchasing a used car. I will be back when I'm looking to buy a car again SOON. Thanks Rivers!

Great staff, great vehicles. Webcar's stock is all neat and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The salesperson kept the shop floor open long after their usual business hours for us to inspect and test drive a vehicle, overall it was a stellar experience dealing with Webcar.

I enquired on a car online and spoke to Bryce. Unfortunately I could not go ahead with the sale for other reasons but I'd like to say that I was very impressed with the service I received from Bryce. He was honest, helpful and efficient in helping me with my enquiry. Anyone looking to buy a car should ask for him !
