Nice range of jewellery and they do have some good sales. Staff is hit and miss here. A couple of elderly ladies, one is nice but the other will look you up and down and is quite rude ( esp if you have numerous ear piercings and tattoos ) Uh yes, we are human and like nice jewellery too.

Early October 2021 I bought a pair of round gold earrings ($179, paid cash) at Angus & Coote in Capalaba. I had only worn them a few times and yesterday one earring didn’t close anymore. I was reluctant to bend the thin metal thing as I was afraid it might break. I went to the store today to return them as I completely lost confidence in the product and the first sales person told me I can’t return them because I had worn them … ??? I asked if we need to break this flimsy bit of NOW for them to accept it as faulty and he went to speak to someone – Dave/David – (manager?). He gave me the same routine, told me I pressed them too hard. No, I did not. I had worn them the day before, and the next day they didn't close anymore. I insisted on a return and even told him that i would like to look for something else as I need a pair of earrings.When he finally agreed to a refund (onto my card, he didn’t have that much cash – really???) he told me to take the money and go elsewhere. How rude!!! I said you sound like as if you don’t want my business to which he replied that I had taken already so long when I bought them…. Excuse me. I tried 2 pairs on that day, said I just want to check the other jewelry store as I was after a particular shape to go with a ring and pendant I have, but was happy enough to compromise. After I went to his competitor just across from him and didn’t find anything better I came straight back to buy them. And even IF it would have been a “hard sale” how dare to say something like that to a customer. He just told me all earrings have the same closing mechanism and only the hanging ones were studs - I doubt that. He was not willing to show me anything. I’m certainly done with that shop. Unbelievable.

When I went shopping at this centre I was in this store and this girl called Renee gave me the most amazing service I would recommend her for all your jewelry needs and wants!! Great experience and knowledge. This girl is just amazing give her a 10/10 if I could!!! She was very appropriate, approachable, nice, amazing, sweet, understanding, took an interest in what I had to say, easily relate to, gave me exactly what I wanted, listened to me, made me feel like a VIP, if your looking for the best jewellery salesmen this is your girl!! Please pay a visit to this wonderful store she will give you the best price and service

In November last year we were looking for a baby bracelet for our then 3 months old daughter to wear all the time. After talking to one of the shop assistants, we were recommended a little gold baby bangle, as it would be tougher and more versatile for a baby to wear. 5 months later our daughter managed to pull it off her wrist and somehow tear the bangle right in the middle like a paper cut. We then went back into the store to ask about repairs under warranty but were told that this is viewed as normal wear and tear and we would have to pay for the repair. The assistant then tried to claim that she had tried to talk us out of this purchase, even though she had been the one convincing us to get that style of bracelet in the first place. When I challenged that a gold bracelet for a baby should be strong enough to survive a baby's grip, her comment was Babies are strong!"! Now it's up to us to find someone to repair the broken bangle at our own expense when it should've been covered under warranty. Even if we find someone to fix it

Great Service from this store, attentive snd not atcall pudhy. Genuinly asking your requirements and professional.The store manager is excellent. He had our purchase gift bagged and finalised in a jiffy!

Awesome shopping experience. Staff are great ( expect Betty whom I found very rude & dismissive ) David the store manager is great, knows his job & does it very well.
