Never come to this Chemist again! The security is judgemental and racist, which is totally unacceptable. I understand your job is to prevent thefts but it shouldn't be like this.My family went there for shopping today, spent the money and doing right things there, even we showed that guy the receipt after paid. That guy was so disrespectful, impolite and staring my family asked to check the handbag! Ridiculous! Dont you know that this is very disrespectful to a person to check a person's bag in front of a crowd? Why do you have to purposely make someone embarrassed? And we have done nothing wrong! What a bad experience and customer service in there?

The security gaurd was so rude there. Using abusive language towards customer and the staff kept quite listening. When asked for his name he hide his name badge. You seriously need to sort it out.

Lovely helpful staff, pharmacists also friendly helpful. Prescriptions are at affordable prices.Stocks a great level of perfumes and makeups and also orders taken for accessibility products.

My local CW. Lovely staff members. Some questionable down in the pharmacy. Get a prescription dispensed need to wait at the right side to let them know you are there then walk down to the left side so they can give it to you. If you don’t let them know you are there you stand for ages on the left waiting for someone to notice you. They even keep the bell out the way so you can’t even ring it. We rang it once and she took it and moved it out the way.Where did the buzzers go? The ones to let you know your prescription is ready. Bring them back. Apparently I was called but didn’t hear them another customer told me I was called and I had to stand there for bloody ages waiting for someone. I dare not interrupt them as I have done in the past they make you feel stupid.I feel like such an inconvenience there.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacist. That man does not know how to speak to another person. Unlike any other pharmacy they take half an hour to prepare your medications but I was still a regular customer there until yesterday. The guy I dealt with yesterday is one of the most rude persons I have met so far. I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore.

Very bad experience. I went to return the thing which was just purchased a day before and wasn't even opened. I wanted to return as it was purchased by mistake. I even said that I would buy another thing instead of that but they refused.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.I would have given a zero rating if possible.No sense of customer service, please do not waste your valuable time here.

I got a perfume from the chemist, 3 days later I went back to exchange the perfume (the person who I bought the perfume already have that one and its was not crazy about it ).first they ask me for a receipt, so I gave them the receipt, then they told me that no exchange or refund on perfumes and a lot of others articles. THEY SHOULD ADVERTISE THIS POLICY MORE PUBLICLY, or on the receipt,No Happy Discount.

Horrible customer service, poor pharmacist was running around like a headless chook. Other workers just doing as little as possible

Worst service I’ve encountered in a long time, one staff member tending to prescriptions, wait time over an hour, and twenty mins waiting for some one to see to ask if it’s ready! Dreadful, will not go back there again!!

Went to the chemist for a medical certificate and they told me that they cannot do one for a stomachache. Apparently it depends on the pharmacist mood. Never go back again too rude!
