I was delighted to find an Australian distributor for Nordic Ware, so purchased a half sheet pan a few months back. The product itself is everything i hoped it would be (does not buckle in the oven like most other sheet pans). I'd give 5 stars but they do need to work on their customer service which is a bit slow. Once I eventually made contact to enquire about my order, communication was very good (packaging was also very good as the product can damage if not handled with care) and I am very happy overall with my purchase.
