Our panelift garage door spring got snapped on Sunday morning. Because the parts store was closed, it was impossible to fix, but he kindly came to help us to open the heavy garage door to take out the cars outside. Then he came back the first thing next morning with the new springs and fixed them. He was very professional. Amazing service! Thank you so much!!

After considering a Bunnings/DIY replacement of our double tilt door opener, I opted for these guys as they use B&D units and service the door as well, at a fair price. Promptly, punctually and very professionally, they had the unit and drive track replaced. Our rattling and squeaking house-waking door now glides quietly and smoothly. Highly recommended!

A huge thank you to Shannon who came out on a cold Sunday night in the middle of winter to help us fix our broken garage door! It was stuck half way up so it was a huge safety risk. We had frantically phoned 2 other companies whose website mentioned 24 hour emergency service but they wouldn't even answer their phones! However Shannon happily answered his phone as soon as we called him and he said he'd be at our house within 30 minutes and he was! He is an absolute legend who helped us solve the problem immediately and we are just so grateful to him!
