Rachel, the cashier absolutely disgusting.Came across this young lady twice when checking out. No customer service no greetings. No eye contact, just throw your food away.Mostly unbearable was, she touched her feet changed her shoes in the middle and then continued scanning your food.I don't understand why keep her at cashier, always grumpy look always unfriendly!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour and no care for their customers. Lied to me about what an e-gift card through them can be used for almost received a criminal charge because of it when I called prior to make sure I could use it for said use and then deny and make excuses as to why and wouldn't rectify their mistakes taking me out of pocket. Highly recommend not going here. Store manager acts like he's knows everything disregard for anything. He should not be in the position he is in. Highly recommend anywhere but here.

Only went to grab bread for Oz day BBQ as I normally shop at a MUCH cheaper competitor. I was absolutely shocked at the prices woolworths charge for almost everything, and I don't know how people afford to shop here.

Absoutletley amazing and friendly staff, always have a smile and are willing to help out wether its with products or at the constantly breaking self service (lol) always well stocked and smells amazing when you walk down towards the bakery section

Today I had my groceries delivered first time in ages as I have been doing to the boot pick up.First bag I have issues with. I had meat, berries, pumpkin (packed on top), yogurt (bottom of bag), zucchini & celery packed in one bag. Meat was BBQ Chicken Burgers they arrived all squashed down to one end of pack. Celery out of date today.Second bag. Packed with saladas, Doritos Corn Chips, bottle marmalade & Vegemite & 2 bottles of olives, 2 cans tuna then the gold star goes to adding my tomatoes & avocado to the mix in that bag.Was this because I asked on fresh products for them to be no bruising, skin splits, firm flesh, no overripe items.So these items will now be bruised. I know I can get these items refunded but then what am I supposed to eat.I cannot go do my own shopping because of severe lung issues. So disappointed!
