A huge thank you to the amazing Lisa who served us when we visited Mister Minit. She fixed the zipper of my bag in two seconds flat and didn't charge me for it, and when my mum's watch couldn't be fixed, she gave us her recommendations of who best to go to. The coolest lady - thank you so much!

I took my Garmin vivofit to get a battery replacement which is a waterproof device and I was given a non waterproof battery the battery did not last a few months and when I took it back I was told that the battery is not waterproof and now the inside of the watch is damaged and that she couldn’t do anything this was the first time taking the watch there and the last as the watch is 3 years old and never did we have any issues with battery replacement until I took this to Mister Minute at Carindale..

Went in to get a belt altered and was expecting to hand it in and wait. The lovely man serving me altered the belt right there and didn’t charge me a cent! Very kind and lovely service, thank you so much.

Was refused to return an overpriced garage remote that worked with the garage door but was not compatible with the gates.Chucked it in the bin, got a much cheaper remote on eBay and never coming back.

Lisa does excellent work on my shoes - I would not trust anyone else to touch them. If you have expensive ones, or precious ones and need them fixed or altered, Lisa is your craftsperson. 100% recommend Lisa at Mister Minit Carindale

I have been here a few times and pleased with the service. But writing a review tonight because I dropped off my car keys to change the batteries and then forgot to pick them up, only realised when I went to leave (just past 9pm) and the shops were closing. I freaked out and ran back to the other side of the shops and the lovely employee (didn't catch their name) was waiting around just in case I came back. I am so grateful as I don't live near there and saved me a lot of grief. Thank you!
