10km into the road, the bridge is missing so not passable. River too deep to drive through.

The Larc Tour takes you along the beach through a number of creeks then up to Bustard Head Lighthouse the history of this place is a great story and to see the work that has been done to the buildings and the museum there is fantastic

Bustard Head Conservation Park
This is a pristine lighthouse that has been lovingly restored by volunteers. The Larc tour will get you there and back at a reasonable price. Loved it.

Absolute credit to all involved in the project and restoration of all the buildings. Visually stunning from all angles and the views are amazing. The trip out on the Larc (Amphibious vehicle), was fantastic from 1770 Marina to Bustedhead lighthouse, lunch included. Its an easy trip not much walking involved for the challenged, or if you like some action, go boarding down some sand dunes. Great trip with great commentary and interesting facts.
