Happy Fathers Day! Wonderful to be able to go to a place like Lone Star and get the same great food you have memories of from times past. Great, helpful staff, always asking how we are going and quick to respond to any questions.The ribs were perfect again, so tender and the bbq sauce is too good to believe. My wife had Koftas and pork belly which she would love the recipe to! Thank you for being open and having available space for celebrating Fathers Day.

I went for dinner with a friend tonight and I didn't mind the food and the service was good but no one told me we had to wait about 35 to 40 minutes to get our main food. we order a small entree to start and we didn't have to wait long for that. I'm glad the staff came and checked on us and apologized for the late food and gave us a free drink but honestly Lone Star, you need to solve these problems with your orders or you will lose customers.

It was the shitest steak that I have ever had. You pay $45 for a scotch fillet steak and a handful of chips. The staff were ok but they weren't very interested in trying to upsell more drinks. We would have had a better & cheaper experience going across the road to McDonalds.

Two of us ordered the tower of ribs - beef and pork ribs. The tastiest, meatiest ribs I've eaten in years.Too much for one sitting so we took a doggy bag and dined on ribs the following evening as well! So much meat on the beef ribs, I sliced them like a roast and the pork ribs didn't just have the usual meat between the bones, but a think layer of meat on top - perfect!!!Really enjoyed it. The restaurant was empty, as we ate in later afternoon, but very clean, well kept with a nice atmosphere with polite service. Highly recommended.

Booked a birthday lunch with over 20 peopleTo wait for 2 .5 hours for our lunch to be told it will still be another 1/2 hour away.The waitress was so lovely and tried hard but even with being short staffed you should have let us know and we could’ve made another arrangements it was impossible by 3 o’clock. We all left without out lunchVery disappointing

Best experience we have ever had at a restaurant. The staff were amazing and attentive to our needs, the place is clean, the food was exceptional and did not have to wait long. They made my husband and I feel so at home and went the extra mile for us as it was our wedding anniversary. I can’t thank the staff enough for a truly amazing evening out.

Booked a birthday party of 20+ we arrived at the booked time. Waited about 30 minutes before the waitress came to take our drink order then 30 mins passed before the drinks came. We waited over 2 1/2 hours and we still had not received our food. Now it was not overly busy. When we asked what was happening with our food order we were told it would 30 + minutes before our food would start to arrive.

Ordered 3 steaks all med-well. All steaks were over cooked and burnt. Waited for food for at least 50mins. Understaffed. Food wasn’t great at all. Cold gravy, cold entrees and mash. Wouldn’t recommend. Beer on tap was disgusting as well.

My girlfriend and I made a booking for 6:30. We were served at 6:40, we ordered salted caramel and Nutella milk shakes, and they came out in a flash. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing that happened all night.We ordered starters to begin with. As we were getting restless with hunger, we asked one of the servers where our wings and chips with dip was after 50 minutes of waiting.With no response, after another 10 minutes, we got up and left.No one had a clue what was going on.To then pay for our milkshakes, we had been sipping for an hour. The rude manger lady tried shifting the blame on one of the servers saying we wanted the starters and food to come out at the same time. Logically, how does that make sense.After the ordeal, no apologies or incentives were given, and we felt blamed for coming at a busy time.Corporate will be receiving a lengthy letter about poor management skills. Never again.
