Mel was our first choice when we were looking for an interior designer/stylist for our new home. She is extremely professional, goes out of her way for her clients and most importantly truly understood what we wanted. She perfectly captured what we envisioned and turned it into reality, better than what we expected! She is also extremely thoughtful and we saw that when she picked styling pieces that were important to us, that truly hit home. Since we were working with busy schedules, having someone like Mel took all that pressure off our shoulders! She organised everything including lighting, discussing with painter/cabinetmakers and coordinating furniture delivery too!We are so pleased that we chose Mel, highly recommend to anyone in Perth!❤️ You will not go wrong :)

Hands down THE best $$$ we every spent!!!I always thought interior designers were for rich fancy people with million-dollar properties – not a small suburban 1990’s house for people on a budget!We are heavily DIY with our house and thought we had everything ready to go excepting the aesthetics of the kitchen – we were wrong!I wish we had gotten Melissa in BEFORE ordering/buying items for the kitchen (we ended up changing our sink, benchtop design, room layout and rangehood from her recommendations – this has even SAVED us money).Hubby does design (our house renos included) and is a tradie – even he was seriously impressed.I highly recommend Melissa, exceptional customer service (we asked a lot of questions), smart solutions that were budget friendly, FUNCTIONAL and beautiful. Way more than just aesthetically pleasing!

Mel came to our place and helped us understand the process of how to create a warm, light, bright contemporary beach home. We were amazed at some of Mel’s simple yet effective design & styling tricks and solutions to transform a dark and dated entrance, hall, living, and dining area into a cosy, joyful and relaxing home haven. We love our new space and now have a greater understanding and appreciation of the importance of hiring a designer early on in a build or renovation - this is time and money saving!! Mel was easy to work with, very thorough (she thinks about all the tiny details!), and very responsive to calls and emails. Mel did an amazing job turning my house into a home!After the build of my house, I didn’t want to waste time or money selecting the wrong furniture and décor. Following a conceptual design meeting at my house, Mel had a strong understanding of the space and feeling I was trying to create. The furniture and art pieces presented in the final design selection were spot on.Mel coordinated the ordering and delivery of furniture, artwork and final styling pieces, and even attended the window furnishings appointment and organised an art hanger to hang selected artworks.The whole experience was easy and stress free, with my house now an amazing home to live in.
